together beautifully on the day.


WHAT IS DIY INSTALLATION?

This service allows you to hand over your décor on the morning of your wedding, knowing it will be installed thoughtfully, correctly,

and with attention to detail — just as you envisioned.

You supply the décor.
We supply the experience, styling eye, and hands-on setup.

  • On-site installation of your own wedding décor
  • Careful placement following your layout plan or instructions
  • Styling support to ensure everything looks cohesive and intentional
  • Calm, professional setup so you can relax and enjoy your morning


PRICING

£60 per hour
Most DIY installations take approximately 2–2.5 hours

Final time depends on:


  • Quantity of décor items
  • Complexity of the setup
  • Accessibility of the venue
  • How prepared and clearly labelled items are on arrival

Any additional time required will be charged at the same hourly rate and mileage is charged at 45p per mile.


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

To ensure a smooth and efficient setup, we ask that:

  • All décor items are ready, complete, and venue-approved
  • Items are clearly labelled and organised
  • A simple setup plan, photos, or instructions are provided in advance
  • The venue allows access at the agreed time

We work efficiently, but we cannot assemble incomplete items or source missing pieces on the day.

  • This service is installation only — décor hire is not included
  • We install using the items you provide, as provided
  • We do not take responsibility for design choices or item suitability
  • Styling decisions made on the day will be based on best visual outcome if instructions are unclear
